Creamy Pumpkin soup

About Product

Tasty, fragrant and very easy to prepare autumn lunch - pumpkin cream soup.

List of ingredients:

  • Bulb - half
  • Leek - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Pumpkin - 1 pc.
  • Virgin Extra Olive Oil
  • Schnitt Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Raisins

Preparation method

Chop onions, cut leeks and carrots with mugs. Peel the pumpkin, cut into 2x2 cm cubes. Take a pan with a double bottom or cast iron, heat it on fire, pour in some extra virgin olive oil, lay onions and leeks, then add carrots and put in pumpkin. Put out a little, salt and taste. Add water to cover the contents of the pan on top. Put out the vegetables until ready, then beat with a blender. Soup's ready. Serve to the table, decorating with drops of extra virgin olive oil, pumpkin seeds, raisins, chopped schnitt onions.
