Preparation method
Place the washed potatoes in a pan, pour salt and pour with water, boil until ready. Then drain the water and dry the potatoes. Since the potatoes were boiled in saturated salt solution, after a while it will be covered with a thin salt crust. Potatoes absorb the necessary amount of salt and will not be too salty. Red moho sauce: Place red pepper on foil, pour olive oil, salt, wrap and send in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Peel the finished pepper from the seeds and chop. Add 2 garlic cloves, bread, paprika, cumin and parsley to it. Pour water and olive oil. Beat it all up with a blender. Green mojo sauce: Mix zira, cumin, garlic, cilantro. Add vinegar, salt and olive oil. Beat it with a blender. It's a piquant dish. You can adjust the amount of paprika to your taste! Enjoy your meal.
