Tinned Tuna

The tinned tuna is considered one of the most popular seafood in respect of nutritiousness. Fish is an invaluable source of protein. Content it in conserved meat of a tuna reaches 30%. Caloric content of a tuna in oil constitutes 230 kcal on 100 гр. a product, without oil – 96 kcal on 100 гр., that it is possible to carry to dietary products.
